What’s black and white and red all over?  It’s interior designer Alexa Hampton‘s space in the Hickory Chair showroom in High Point.  She wanted to do something bold that was classic and modern at the same time and she got it.  I especially love the tape and upholstery tack detail along the walls and neoclassical elements throughout the room.  I also love Alexa’s fabulous sense of humor. She definitely helps perk you up when you’re exhausted during Market.
I also want to apologize for my lack of posts yesterday.  I’m still very under the weather but hope to get caught up with work, emails, and the blog over the next few days.
Bon Weekend!

Gorgeous! I’d be scared to paint my own walls red, but if it would turn out as nicely as this space, I would do it! Thanks for the inspiration!

I love the red. Not only on the walls, but also splashed about on the furniture-great modern neoclassical design. Hope that you are much better by tomorrow. Mary

Alexa’s talents were so clear at Market as she energized her space in the Hickory Chair Showroom with spashes of color amidst exquisite classic forms that made you want to sit and savor the space as people imagined how they would interpret the look in their homes and those of their clients.
