Blue and White Delight

When I went on the Carrier and Company website on Friday to link to their site, I noticed a beautiful beach house project in the Hamptons. It made me a little wistful about not being here to go out East this summer.  I’m sure that will pass the minute I land in Paris but I digress.  The home belongs to Catie Marron and her family and was featured in the January 2012 issue of Vogue magazine.  It’s full of beautiful blue and white porcelain and fabrics and includes gorgeous garden designed by Miranda Brooks of course. Too bad it’s still not warm enough for really enjoying the out of doors right now.

I love the light airiness of the place. Mid Atlantic beach houses have always been my favorite.

Beautifully done Heather, the art is wonderful with the blue and white setting.

This is one beautiful place called home. Nice bright ( a little cold) colours and beautiful gardens.
