As long time readers know, my coat closet is stuffed with trenches but that doesn’t stop me from buying a new one each year. I love the style of the cotton-gabardine trench coat above and it might be my purchase for this spring.

I also absolutely love ivory blouses and especially those with a bow like this stretch-knit and silk-crepe blouse.

I would normally pair this outfit with jeans but an updated option for spring is this chambray maxi skirt. Just to let you know, it will probably need to be hemmed shorter on most people.
