The French are spoiled with restaurants designed by architect Joseph Dirand and now New York can experience his work while dining at Le Jardinier at 610 Lexington Avenue in one of developer Aby Rosen‘s newest building. The light and airy space is filled with shades of cream and green that looks like a breath of fresh air. The restaurant was supposed to be helmed by legendary chef Joël Robuchon but after his death the torch was passed to Alain Verzeroli who worked for Robuchon for 21 years. The vegetable driven menu will feature in season produce with a French twist in a lush garden setting. Sounds magnifique!
