Another Snow Day

The big news this weekend is the “snow apocalypse” that is scheduled to hit the East Coast. I’ve only seen a few flurries so far but I’ve already decided to stay inside and catch up on work just in case. If you do decide to go outside, I suggest you act like a kid again and make some pretty snow angels! Doesn’t that look like fun?!

Snow in NY usually results in a downturn in the weather in Northern England so I suppose we should expect some snow later in the week.My children will be happy !

I wish we could get a snow day here in Toronto, instead it’s just freezing!! If it’s going to be this cold it might as well snow, since at least it looks pretty. So far this winter, 0 big snowstorms here. Believe it or not, I’m jealous!!

It’s snowing like crazy here in Maryland! Stay warm and don’t forget to take a break from work, if you get enough snow, and head out to make your own snow angel!

we were SUPPOSED to get 1-3 inches and got over a FOOT of snow last night into this morning!!! Made showing houses to clients a little tricky this morning… especially when some of the sellers did not have their driveways cleared… Hunkering down for the rest of the day!….by the fireplace!

It’s snowy here in Chicago, too! I’m doing work all day by my fireplace and I couldn’t be happier. Have a wonderful, productive weekend!

We have about 18 inches here and I’m looking forward to donning my tall snow boots and taking a stroll through the neighborhood. I have cabin fever!

Knoxville MD. 35 inches, OMG will I ever get out…It is beautiful, but to deep for snow angles, if I try to fall back in it I could be lost till spring. I will also be catching up , I think I may have more days then expected to do so, thanks to MOTHER nature. Thank goodness my electric came back on ,at least I can check out my favorite blogs and catch up on all the wonderful posts. You have a wonderful week

My boyfriend and I watched Love Story last night, and the scene of Ryan and Ali playing in the snow was so relevant and sweet. Later we heard a commentary from the director saying that they had a very bad snow storm during the shooting (about 3ft of snow in Boston area) and to make use of an otherwise lost day of filming they shot those scenes and were able to nicely roll it in.

It was definitely a snowpocalypse here! We ended up taking a lovely amble around town with your dad when we met up serendipitously on the street yesterday afternoon. We were all without power over 24 hours. Fun fun fun!
