Erin in Paris

I’m beginning to think it’s a prerequisite for chic fashion designers to own fabulous flats in Paris. Or maybe living in the city of lights is what inspires them to create swoon worthy outfits every season. Erin Fetherston, like Marc Jacobs, has an apartment that I would love to live in. But I guess I’ll make do with adress. Le sigh.

I’m sure I would wake up feeling pretty inspired if I lived here…there is nothing to compete with a Paris appartment! Tracey xx

I can imagine reposing in that daybed and dreaming of macaroons. I happened upon a similar animal rug this past weekend but it was unfortunately too pricey!

So much more inspiring to have one’s pied a terre in Paris. An other pro side for having such a magnificent apartment versus staying in a hotel, no matter how chic, luxurious or hip, is the hotel….no need to travel with luggage…In the new days when it takes close to one hour to get your luggage out of the gigantic new Airbus…that alone might be worth it. Your closet would be ready for you to step into your parisian outfits….

Everything here is so perfect: minimal, but not harsh.
Favorite= the dancing ballerina (Louis XVI) chairs. They look like a cat walk. Thanks for the inspiration. Mary

    Hello ,

I am curious as to whom is
the artist of that beautiful painting of what appears to be a semi-nude man in the fourth photo of Ms. Fetherston’s Paris apartment.

    Thank you , Artemisia
