The one thing I miss about living in the city is being able to eat al fresco. I have on occasion eaten in the park but a picnic a far cry from the civilized settings of these outdoor dining tables. Bon appetit!

As soon as this outrageously busy week is over, I am going to make Thai Garlic Grilled Shrimp and invite some friends to sit in my garden! Love all the pictures – all unique and all chic…

Definitely chic & stylish ways to dine al fresco! Great finds! Another way we enjoy dining outdoors is out on our patio. Nothing says summer like grilling with the family out on the deck.

Oh my! What a beautiful post, Heather. I love the Elle Decor and House Beautiful sets esp. I’m with you – al fresco dining is the best!

A sweet hello from Frog Hollow Farm. What beautiful table settings – I’ve learned so much from the ideas and photos on your blog! My tables are more interesting because I think I’ve added more depth and dimension to them – and I’m always on the lookout for something different but fabulous to include in the design. Thanks! Ciao, bella!

I love the natural elegance of rustic inspired decor, especially for an outdoor dinner party – it reminds me of the dinner parties you see with the Walker family on ‘Brothers and Sisters’ – I’m always inspired by the Walker Dinner Parties!!! These days I’m loving anything rustic, preppy and nautical. I especially like all the ‘House Beautiful’ pics you posted – they are my faves! I think food just tastes better, fresher somehow when it’s enjoyed outdoors!

Lovely settings. In the Caribbean, this is how we eat- no indoor dining! Of course, now that I’ve moved to the mainland, I’ll continue to dine this way.
Thanks for posting such pretty photos!
