Three Year Blog Anniversary!

Times flies when you’re having fun! Today marks my three year blog anniversary! I had no idea what I was doing when I started and I certainly had no idea of all the amazing things that it would lead to and all the amazing people I would meet along the way. I created my blog as a place to post all the things that were inspiring me in design, fashion, photography, art, and New York and it turned out that others were interested in them too. I want to thank everyone who reads my blog everyday. Your support and encouragement is definitely what keeps me excited about sharing my finds day after day! So I really should say, happy anniversary to us!

Bravo! Time really does fly, this was one of the first blogs I started to read the summer I graduated college in 2007. It has not only been a daily read since then but also what inspired me to start my own blog. Thanks for all the amazing inspiration and for being the perfect constant in my life 🙂

Dear Heather,
I don’t remember how I came across your blog in this past year. I had only heard the term “blog” before. I want to thank you…as your blog and many of the others you have referred your readers to…have been part of the healing of my heart.
My beloved husband of just over 44 years of marriage had passed away and the pain was unfathomable. Amazingly, I was in a fight for my own life…and then had the loss of three more family members and one dear friend within the first nine months.
I have often wondered how I could thank you for giving me pleasure in the midst of this. Though I do not have a degree in design…it has always been a passion of mine. Now, it may be that a move will be in my future. If so, the many hours spent in your blog will be giving me a fresh excitement in being able to be creative once again.
