Orange You Glad It’s Friday?

As you probably know by know, orange is my favorite color.  While red can signal danger and seem aggressive, I always think orange looks cheerful and happy. I do however like orange paired with a little red as well as pink, fuchsia and purple.  The spring 2011 runways were filled orange but as you can see, it also works for interiors.  Bon Weekend!

Love the Melissa Rufty room! I’m always afraid to do orange in an interior…guess it’s time to get over it!
    Happy Friday!

You and I love a lot of the same….LOVE orange and pink together. My luggage used to be orange and pink (much to my husbands horror) I have always wondered when we claim our luggage he suddenly becames a bit estranged..lol.Then he went out of his way to splurge on a new set….hummm..now it makes sense! I think its very chic looking and love that bedroom up there by Melissa Rufty and the Marc Jacobs dress….fabulous!

Count me in as an orange lover. It’s actually surprisingly versatile and plays well with others.

Loved the orange today and the green earlier this week. Two of my favorite colors, both very happy and alive. Thank you for both posts!

Orange. . . the color that keeps on giving, ever since that fab orange sofa on Friends and to think that it is still going strong for spring/summer 2011!

A fabulously dramatic color scheme. I like it. Good weekend to you!

I love orange, too (who doesn’t covet little orange boxes from Hermes). It’s a difficult color to wear, so I opt instead to use it sparingly as wardrobe accessories or in decorating. These lovely pictures perked up a day belabored with gray clouds of rain. Thank you!

Orange is sooo much more versatile than I give it credit for. I have an orange chair in my house that is so super comfortable but I always feel repressed by it. I’ll have to take some tips from this post and make it work!!
