Color Story

I spent part of the morning catching up on all my favorite website including T magazine where there was a great story on Olatz Schnabel. Since splitting from artist Julian Schnabel, she’s moved into a new home and the wall colors are extraordinary.  They also reminded me so much of some of the great street style photos that came out this past fashion week.  They aren’t a literal translation but an example that maybe black isn’t the only color for clothing in New York.

Hi Heather–pure genius. I love the connection that you made between Olatz Schnabel’s home and fashion. There is so much positive energy and creative adventuresome design in both of these genres that all of my sense are on alert. Thank you so much for showing me the connection–so french, yet so New York. Mary

Those saturated colors in both the home design as well as the fashion. The art is amazing!
