On the Road

I loved this spread Lost Highway the minute I saw it in the October 2012 issue of Vogue. It features model Kati Nescher and Garrett Hedlund who stars as Dean Moriarty in the upcoming film On the Road due out in December. It reminds me of my dad’s road trip photos from the late 1960’s that I posted here and also that I want to take my own road trip across the United States someday. First, I just need to find a co-pilot as cute as Garrett.

There is something wonderfully beautiful about the vintage theme in these photos. I love the photo of them on the side of the road in the old station wagon.
