World Wide Webb

Fashion designer Marissa Webb spent eleven years at J.Crew but showed solo for the first time on Saturday morning.  It was clear that she is thriving on her own and that my wallet is going to be a lot lighter after her creations hit the stores.  According to Marissa, the collection is a mix of “high and low, black and white, soft and hard, accessible but also inspiring.” I look forward to seeing her evolve and eventually stage a runway show.  Her brother once called her “the littlest dragon” and she is definitely poised to slay the fashion world.
