I couldn’t wait to see more of her C Home magazine feature after stylist Jessica de Ruiter posted the photo above on her Instagram account. This is the second issue of the publication from the team behind C magazine and Jessica also graces the cover.   I haven’t yet seen a hard copy of the quarterly publication but I can’t wait to get when I get back to NYC because the little peeks have been amazing.  Jessica shares the home in the Silver Lake section of Los Angeles with her husband Jed Lind who is one of the designers at Commune Design and had a hand in the renovation, and her baby daughter, James. The mid-century decor fits with the 1953 design of the home and California in general.  I love the indoor/outdoor feel and relaxed decor.  I don’t blame Jessica and her husband Jed who are both from cold Canada for living in sunny California and this lovely home.
