After traveling last week, I am very much looking forward to hibernating at home on Saturday. But that doesn’t mean I don’t want to look good while doing it. Here’s a few of the things I’ll be wearing and using this weekend.

J.McLaughlin Lisbet Fair Isle Sweater – I’m usually not a pattern person but there is nothing I love more for winter than a fair isle sweater. This one looks great with jeans but can also be dressed up with flannel skirt too. Don’t forget that J.McLaughlin is offering HC readers 15% off with the code JOYOF until November 27, 2014.  Buy one for yourself and one as a Christmas gift.

J.McLaughlin Slippers – My apartment is usually warm but when the mercury dips to 20 degrees, it gets a little drafty. These slippers keep my feet toasty on even the coldest day. They are sized for men and women so everyone wins.

J.McLaughlin Poof Fur Hat – The best part of living in New York is that you can get everything delivered.  If I do decide to venture out, I can add this matching hat to my outfit.

Restorsea Rejuvenating Day Lotion with SPF 30 – Winter requires serious skincare and I’m loving everything from Restorsea.  This day cream is one of the best and just because it’s not summer doesn’t mean you can stop wearing SPF. Every dermatologist will tell you this is the most important thing you can do to keep wrinkles at bay. I will actually need to venture out at some point this weekend because I just ran out of their Revitalizing Eye Cream. It’s the only one I’ve ever found to actually work.

A Kitchen in France: A Year of Cooking in My Farmhouse – I missed all the book signings for blogger Mimi Thorisson’s new book but I’m so happy I ordered it online.  It makes me want to move back to France or at least to an apartment with a bigger kitchen.  It’s already a best seller for a reason. It’s one of the best French cookbooks I’ve ever read and drooled over.

Bon week-end !
