Garden of Earthly Delights

It’s a gorgeous non-humid day in New York and I’m headed to the flower district to buy a tree and a few other things for a photo shoot.  I hope someday to be buying plants and flowers for an outdoor space but until then, I’m going to enjoy the gorgeous garden of Axel Vervoordt in Belgium. The rustic landscape designed with Jacques Wirtz was featured in the July 2015 issue of Vogue and is the heart of the Vervoordt family.

“Since we travel so much, our favorite vacation is simply to stay at home. We spend as much time in the garden as possible, eating all our meals there, to take advantage of the changing light. Even when it rains we sit in the greenhouse.” – Axel Vervoordt

Hope you get out and enjoy a little nature today too.
