When I was out in Sag Harbor in April, you may remember that I had the opportunity to visit Steven Gambrel‘s gorgeous project at 42 Howard Street in person.  I just found out that the house is still for sale and will be having an open house on Friday, June 17th from 2;30-4:30pm.
