I have a very bad habit of buying books and not reading them. My other bad habit is starting a book but not finishing it because I start reading another new book. It’s a vicious cycle that I’m trying to remedy this summer. It does comes in handy though when you realize that you already own the book that everyone is talking about at the moment. Yesterday, I saw the trailer for the upcoming film The Girl on the Train which is based on the book by the same name by Paula Hawkins.  The mystery thriller stars Emily Blunt, Justin Thuroux, Lauren Prepon, and Allison Janney and had me on the edge of my seat.  They are calling it the new Gone Girl. Since it’s not out until October 7th, it gives us all time to read the Girl on the Train in preparation. I started it last night and I’m already hooked.
