I’ve had the Hamptons on my mind all day. The frigid weather is making me wish it was summer again and a massive fire on Main Street in Sag Harbor has me thinking of all my friends out east. Then Hamptons magazine editor-in-chief Samantha Yanks posted a photo of a friend’s home in Sagaponack this evening. It immediately made me wonder if it had been featured in her magazine and a little Google search confirmed my suspicions.

The home belongs to fashion stylist Sean Spellman and his personal trainer husband Jaime Morales. Sean designed the home himself with the help of a local engineer and contractor and used black and a unifying color inside and out. I loved seeing on Instagram how the dining area changes along with the seasons. A testament to the fact that homes in the Hampsons aren’t just summer homes. Although, some warmer temperatures would be nice right now.
