Chic in Avignon: Le Mas des Poiriers

It feels like everyone I follow on Instagram has been in the south of France this summer. That’s how I came across Le Mas des Poiriers. Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam stopped by the the recently renovated 18th-century farmhouse on a pear orchard (Poire is the French word for pear) in Avignon and posted beautiful photos.  The main house of seven bedrooms and the guesthouse of two additional bedrooms were decorated by S.B. Long Interiors using traditional Pierre Frey fabrics. The property also has a tennis court and swimming pool and is staffed with two chefs and full time housekeeping. I know where I’m going to be planning a trip for next summer.

I love how the patterned fabrics are used in the interiors. Little bursts of color and print tempered with creamy walls and neutrals. Gorgeous!

What gorgeous choices of fabrics and colors! And how refreshing it is to see something that is not HGTV minimalist! An absolutely charming house.
