The most anticipated event each spring in New York is the Kips Bay Decorator Show House. I’ve been covering the house since I started my blog in 2007 and it’s my favorite event to share with you. The list of designers participating this year have just been released and it’s an exciting group. I’m most looking forward to seeing what my dear friend Philip Mitchell has does with his upstairs room and what Davis Netto designs. He has the most impeccable style and sense of design history so it should be exciting. I also enjoy seeing what the up and coming new designers put together. Definitely mark your calendars and make your travel plans for May.
