As we head into the last days of August, I’m wearing my favorite fashions and trying to figure out how to transition them to September. Here’s one of my favorite summer ensembles and how I’d change it up for cooler temperatures.

Ralph Lauren Striped Shirtdress – I saw Pippa Middleton wear this dress to Wimbledon and thought it would be a flattering fit for me. It sold out quickly online but I happened to stop into the Madison Avenue store with Tommy Smythe and they were able to find it in another store. There are some other sizes available here and this striped shirtdress in another good alternative. To transition it to September, I’d pair it with a navy blazer like this one.

Wicker Cross Body Bag – I was lucky to get this cute wicker bag monogrammed with my initials and it’s such a fun summer bag. For fall, I’d swap it out for a Burgundy Cross Body Bag.

Jean Canvas Espadrilles – I love the added interest that espadrilles add to a summer outfit but these Navy Suede Tassel Flats would be great for autumn. They’re also 50% off and come in four other colors.

Pearl Earrings – I bought these pearl earrings in Florence and I wear them every day. They are one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. These Large Baroque Pearl Drop Earrings and Gold Plated Pearl Earrings are nice options.

Ines de la Fressange Journal and Passport – I love everything Ines de la Fressange does including all these new notebooks, journals, and little passport books. They are great for back to school and planning a trip to Paris.

La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Cream – La Prairie already makes great skincare products but they don’t rest on their laurels. They have remastered their caviar line to make it even more luxurious and innovative. Their products are definitely the reason my skin looks so good.
