It’s rainy and cold this morning. Perfect day to stay in bed, especially a bedroom as cozy and warm looking as interior designer Andrew Brown‘s redecorated space. Andrew recently participated in The Schumacher Challenge in which he updated his bedroom using fabrics and wallcoverings from their Orient Express Collection. He upholstered the walls in a cut velvet patterned fabric and created a canopy over the existing bedroom to create a room that looks like it belongs in an English country manor house which is fitting since he was inspired by British interior designer David Hicks. I love how he had the doors painted in faux wood pattern to match the warmth of the room. I would definitely not get up if this was my bedroom.
