Another company getting creative during quarantine is Goop. Gwyneth Paltrow usually models her own G. Label but this time she had her husband Brad Falchuk photograph her in the new G. Label Core Collection at their house in the Hamptons. Her look-alike daughter Apple was employed as a stand in model to set up the shots. Her natural beachy waved hair with a hint of grey roots makes her more relatable to women who are unable to get to the hair salon on a regular basis now. While I don’t know who will need the Cartier jewelry she wears, the new fashion “pieces that feel comfortable but look really cool and elegant” are perfect for our new work at home lifestyle. I will definitely be buying the white cardigan to ward off the chill from the air conditioner this summer.

Bishop Jean Jacket Dress

“What I love about this sexy-tough dress is that it’s truly seasonless: You can wear it in summer with sandals and then with boots when fall hits.” —GP

“Everything about this bodysuit is fantastic. The deep V is sexy, the racerback is flattering, and it’s a great base layer underneath anything—especially these wide-leg pants. They’re based on an old designer pair I wore years ago and are just beyond cool.” —GP

Jewelry throughout is from Cartier.

“We made both of these retro styles out of vintage-soft denim that’s got a bit of stretch but still holds you in. The jeans are ’90s, the skirt is straight out of the ’70s, and the looks are as enduring as it gets. Heels, sandals, or barefoot like my daughter, Apple—you can wear them with anything.” —GP

Ellian Organic Cotton Vintage Tee

Lee Rib Tank and Pearson Flared Miniskirt

“A superfine-rib tank particularly great for layering; I love how sexy the scooped neckline is.” —GP

“The Carolyn Utility Performance Jacket was an instant sellout when we launched the original for G. Sport, so we had to bring it back. It has intricate double construction with a vent in back, making it a great layer you can throw on all year—over yoga clothes, for light rain…” —GP

“I had to add the Juliette Short Sleeve Cardigan to this month’s Core Collection mix because my good friend Jennifer Meyer practically demanded that we make it in black. I love it with these Italian cotton-linen wrap pants from our April launch.” —GP

Nate Mid-Sleeve Rib Henley and Marty High Waisted Shorts

“We’ve been making these Henley shirts for a while because they’re such great wardrobe staples. You look dressed up but feel comfortable at the same time.” —GP

“What’s particularly great about this soft Puff Sleeve Sweatshirt is that it feels like you’re in sweats, but thanks to the puff sleeves, you’ll look perfectly pulled together.” —GP

“Everyone has been asking us to bring the Erica Cardigan back in white, so we went ahead and updated it in this gorgeous ivory cashmere-silk.” —GP

“This is my new favorite T-shirt of all time: It’s an update of our goop University sweatshirt from last month and done in a breathable cotton fabric that’s seriously soft.” —GP

High waist, subtle flare, and perfect fit—these are my favorite ’90s jeans that I finally got the chance to re-create. They’re my total obsession.” —GP
