We’ve had a beautiful September so far and I’ve been wearing dresses and sandals in the warm weather. But it’s going to cool down this week which means a switch to jeans. Since it will still be sunny, white jeans are the perfect transitional piece and can be worn after Labor Day. Just see how Vogue editor Tonne Goodman styles her white jeans year round. I’ve used her as inspiration for how you can wear your white jeans straight through the fall.

This belted double-breasted wool and cashmere-blend coat is the perfect light transitional coat for the first hint of fall weather.

I can’t imagine Tonne Goodman ever wearing a patchwork wool sweater like this one but the point of being inspired by someone is to put your own spin on their style and not to copy it exactly.
