Anyone in the market for an abandoned fixer-upper 16th-century palazzo in Italy with frescoes by Niccolò Contestabili? I first came across Palazzo Damiani through the instagram account of Paolo Abate. Luckily, he mentioned the fresco artist which led me to the real estate listing. It has 15 bedrooms so perhaps you could turn it into a bed and breakfast or rent it out as a location for films. I saw another renovated palazzo selling for the same price so you probably have some room for negotiation. It’s definitely worth saving for the frescos so I hope someone buys it soon.
