Kelly Klein at Home in Florida
by habituallychic
11 . 13 . 08Most people think of Palm Beach when they think of a Florida getaway but those who are serious about horses live in Wellington and Kelly Klein is no different. Her Wellington home was featured in the May 2007 issue of Elle Decor and is yet another example of her clean and chic style. Of course, just like in her New York apartment photographs of horses and beautiful books are prominently displayed. It’s also light and airy and uncluttered. Must be nice!

We’re using that same bathtub in a project I’m working on -it’s incredibly beautiful, incredibly comfortable and incredibl EXPENSIVE.
I absolutely love that tub! Just looking at these photo’s calms my spirit and makes me want to lighten up the dark color scheme of my living room.
Minimal without being cold. Luxurious without being conspicuous. Love it again!!
I adore this clean style. Love that dining table!
That yard! And they must be the most interesting garden chairs I’ve seen, yet.
How wonderful and for one who loves horses Kelly is really living the life! Mel xx

What a beautiful home. I’m obsessed w/ the horse photo.
nice … very nice plus I love horses
What a life–I am so jealous of her warm weather retreat and her perpetually even tan.
Having worked for Calvin, I can so see how Calvin inspired Kelly too…. It looks very Calvin, clean, modern and livable. I could move right in.
I remember this spread and loved it! It is nice to be reminded.
Talk about someone who is blessed with STYLE! 🙂
I could only dream of living in Wellington being an avid horse rider and she has made her home so clean and so simple…but so chic at the same time. I love her art work of the horses that she has tied into her home.
Not to digress…could you do a post on book storage/libraries? Or direct us to a place for more information?
I am really enjoying your work and would love to see your take on books…when I get my permanent house, you’re hired! Us young up-and-coming professionals need to stick together. 🙂
Like this very livable home. esp the African chairs in the garden!
I ABSOLUTLY ADORE THAT DOG. Nothing to do with interior but I want that pooch
