I started to suspect that thick and chunky gold necklaces would be big soon after seeing them at the couture shows in Paris this past July. My suspicions were confirmed this week aftering seeing them on most of the attendees at Copenhagen Fashion Week. They’re an easy way to transition your outfits for the end of summer and fall. I love them on bare skin in warmer weather and also over cashmere sweaters when the weather cools down. You certainly don’t need to buy and expensive solid gold version either.
